Aishwarya Rai Bachchan makes STRONG statement amid divorce rumours with Abhishek Bachchan; says “Stand firm for your worth”

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan urged her fans to confront the issue of street harassment directly in the eyes and to hold your head high. In a recent Instagram video, she addressed this pressing concern and discussed strategies for tackling it as part of L’Oréal Paris’ latest campaign, for which she serves as the brand ambassador. The actress shared a video on account of International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.

In the video, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan emphasized, “Street harassment. How do you deal with it? Should you avoid eye contact? Absolutely not. Look the problem head-on. Hold your head high. Feminine and feminist. My body, my worth. Never compromise your value. Do not doubt yourself. Stand firm for your worth. It’s important not to blame your clothing or your lipstick. Remember, street harassment is never your fault.”

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan captioned her post, “On this International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, join @lorealparis’s Stand Up campaign against street harassment training program. We’re all worth it. @lorealparis.” She included the hashtag #WeStandUp.

In September 2024, she won the Best Actress in a Leading Role (Critics) award at the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) in Dubai for her remarkable performance in “Ponniyin Selvan 2.” Aishwarya has not yet announced her next project.

Aishwarya married actor Abhishek Bachchan in 2007, and they welcomed their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, in November 2011.
